I purchased Zen Balm to help all the aches and pains in my feet due to multiple surgeries. I've had metal rods put in both feet to build up my arches due to flat feet. The more surgery - the more arthritis and tissue damage. Just by using Zen Balm every morning before starting myt day and every evening before bedtime has eased my deep hurts and helped with my walking. I also use it in between if I have a really busy day.
But one surprise about Zen Balm is using it to help my sinuses. When my ear gets clogged and my head feels stopped up, I rub Zen Balm behind my ear and down around my jaw bone. I do this two or three times a day and it opens up my sinuses and they start draining which clears my head and nasal passages. I also put a dab of Zen Balm on a cotton ball and sleep with it in my ear. That also seems to help the pressure in my head.
I've tried several remedies and this seems to work the best for me. I do not like to run out of Zen Balm, so I try to keep it on hand at all times, especially when I travel.

I got my order of ZenBalm today, but now I am having an order sent to my cousin's husband- they don't know about it, other than what I have told them- if you have an info packet of any kind- please include it with the order. He is a highway patrolmen and was in an on-duty car accident about 6 weeks ago- and he has been in pain management with acupuncture and deep tissue massage as part of his therapy- but last week his worker's comp ran out- so now he has to follow other modes of pain management. I have had wonderful luck with your ZenBalm in the past couple of years, and I have sent you customers from San Angelo and Decatur...
Anyway- thank you for your fast service and great product.
I have 3 herniated discs in my lower back, and your ZenBalm makes my life much more manageable when the pain gets almost too much to bear.
My Mother had surgery last week- a total knee replacement, and she has been rubbing her zen balm into the muscles on that leg and her hip- it is giving her some comfort too. We think your zen balm is a miracle cure for just about all that ails us...

I am not a skeptic but my boyfriend is. You had given a sample of Zen Balm. My boyfriend used it on some long time back pain and felt immediate results. He even stopped using it and the pain became more severe. He started using it again and it subsided. He couldn't believe it! He is thrilled. He is anxiously awaiting the larger supply as he is out of the sample.

Suzen, just a quick note to let you know that your zen balm is an extreme winner in my family! I have been using it for quite a long time and have been full aware of the benefits it has delivered to me. But, I have to tell you, my son, while in college took a part time job at a local lumber company and wound up stepping wrong with a large load of building supplies in his arms and managed to break his metatarsal bone in his left foot. He was devastated, as he was planning to go to Colorado three days later to visit his aunt and uncle and their two sons. Of course they had a hiking trip planned and now he was going to be forced to miss it right? NO. I took in my jar of your zen balm, hoping to help him, and applied it to his foot. I told him to repeat this process every evening before he went to bed. I have to tell you my son went to Colorado and went on the hiking excursion with no pain! He is in a martial arts class and does not go to class without his own jar of your zen balm now and he has shared with some of his fellow students. Hope you have plenty made up as I am sure they will want their own supply as well. Thank you so much for coming up with this invaluable remedy!

Suzen, I just wanted to tell you, lately with all that has been going on at work, the climbing ladders, kneeling to get boxes, standing for hours on my feet. My knee was giving me some terrible pain.
I put your Zen Balm on before I went to bed and then again the following morning before work...and the pain is absolutely gone!!! it was so painful, especially walking, sitting for too long. I am so happy it is gone, and so quickly!! Thank you!! Bless you!!

The Zen balm is amazing! I use it nightly on my hands, feet, face, arthritic knee, etc...It makes my skin feel so good and soft. It also helps with the pain in my knee. This product worked wonders for a chemical burn I received on my face and helped me heal quickly. It worked better than what the doctor & pharmacist prescribed.
Your Refreshing Rosemary lotion I use daily on my face, it makes my skin feel so good and supple. It also smells wonderful.
The Rosey Face Scrub I use weekly as a mask and it works wonders! My skin feels so fresh and clean and it tightens it up and seems to make all of my pores smaller. I also use it as a face scrub every other week to exfoliate. My skin has never looked so good!
The Floral Spritzer is awesome! It feels so cool and refreshing on my skin also tones it all up! I apply it several times a day and the smell is just heavenly.
I will be ordering more of everything and trying some of the new products I see on your site. I will also be passing out some as gifts because products this good should be shared!

For rashes caused by heat, I apply it after I shower while I am still wet and towel off. Also sometimes before bed.
It keeps the rash under control and keeps it from itching.

Just opened the zen balm and was delighted to find the coconut cloud. Thank you so much but you don't have to thank me. The pleasure is all mine to share your wonderful products. I talked with my sister today and she knocked her jar of breathe rite off on her tile floor and wanted to cry.
I will share with her but please add 2 more to the Suz Breathe Rite balm pre-order list. I feel like we have so much coming you may need to buy the whole field of chamomile. I think we could sell every last jar!!

I wanted to let you know that I believe that your Zen Balm is an awesome product! I work out in the garden a lot and am very fair complected, therefore I have begun to develop these little dry patches (skin cancers) on my hands. I started using your Zen Balm on these and before long they started getting softer and have begun to slough off. I have tried several different things and nothing else has helped with this. I should further let you know that I am using your lavender face cream on my hands as well. This made my face feel wonderful and so I thought why not? My hands have not looked and felt this good in a very long time. Keep up the good work.

As a therapist, I find your products to be more than delightful. I use them myself before offerring them to my clients. Living in the desert, I find the lotions (especially your aloe based ones!), moisturizing and healing.

I have knee bursitis and nothing I have used gave me relief until I tried Zen Balm. I rubbed a little on the front and back of my knee and the pain was gone almost immediately. It has also given me relief for sore tight muscles in my neck, back, and arms. Nothing on the market is better than this, I know, since I have tried several "natural" gels.

I'm missing a disc and some bone- and on top of that have the other issues.
Not much helps but this does. I'm a first time user and i am VERY pleased with the results. I'm a human barometer and with the weather in upstate ny being how it is, this is a miracle in a jar- and there is no offensive smell!
